A Message from Coburg Village Executive Director Kathy Welden-Pinney
I have been with Coburg Village for over a decade and it continually gives me joy to see our residents enjoying a happy, active lifestyle. That is why I am very excited that our expansion will allow even more people to enjoy the wonderful Coburg Village lifestyle. Our expansion will include spacious, new apartments, and new and expanded common areas that will open up a world of possibilities for our residents.
Our auditorium will be greatly expanded so residents and their families and friends can enjoy theatrical and musical performances, educational panels, parties and more. It will be dividable space with state-of-the-art technology on either side, which will allow our residents to have more spaces to hold events.
I am especially excited about our new bistro, which will be designed with a Parisian flair, complete with striped awnings. Residents will enjoy the convenience of table-side service and opportunities for outside seating in warm weather. The new menu will include all your classic bistro favorites as well as several special entrees.
Our resident community of artists is particularly excited about our plans to build a new, specially designed art studio, and we will also add more craft rooms. Our chapel will be expanded and able to accommodate a variety of denominations.
As you can imagine, Coburg Village’s expansion apartments are creating quite a buzz! People are reserving now to make sure they get the apartment of their choice.
