locations within our community. There's the Village Café...Café
Luther for breakfast or lunch, the Club Dining Room for buffet
dining and socializing, and our elegant cathedral-ceilinged Dining
Room for a more formal atmosphere. The choice is yours. If you
are looking to celebrate a special event in the company of your
family or friends, we also offer a private dining room...The Wartburg
Room for just those occasions.
We also provide catering services for your private

And of course your family and friends are always
welcome to join you in any of our dining venues for a nominal
fee.

include it in your monthly residence fee.

Housekeeping.
We provide housekeeping services for all residents
twenty-six times a year. That way your home gets a thorough
cleaning on a very regular basis. This service makes for
a much more livable living environment, with a lot less
effort on your part.
Linen and Laundry Service.
Though all Coburg Village residences feature
a washer and dryer, you have better things to do than laundry.
That's why weekly laundry service for towels and linens
is included in your monthly fee.
Maintenance.
Forget mowing the lawn or shoveling the driveway.
Your monthly residence fee covers all building and grounds
maintenance, including trash and snow removal, lawn care,
