Visitation Policy

At Coburg Village, the safety and health of our residents and staff is our number one priority. All visitors must follow our visitation policy detailed below.

COVID-19 SAFETY PRACTICES

Visitation Policy:

Essential Visitors Only

Every visitor must

Wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose during the entire visit

Arrive through the main entrance

Sanitize hands

Have temperature taken at the reception desk

Provide  name and phone number

Maintain at least a 6’ distance from anyone you may pass

Go directly to resident’s apartment, avoiding common areas, keep your mask on while inside residents apartment and maintain a 6’ distance

If you do visit Coburg you must

Be in good health

No shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, congestion/runny nose, cough/sore throat, chills, headache, fatigue, muscle or body aches, new loss of smell or taste, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea

No travel to a non-contiguous state

No travel outside of the country

No known COVID-19 symptoms, positive COVID-19 test, or exposure to someone with symptoms for the past 14 days.
