Select Rehabilitation is pleased to offer outpatient therapy services for Coburg Village residents and staff. Our office is conveniently located in apartment 601 on the 1st floor of Coburg Village.

Our skilled therapists evaluate, plan and provide on-site physical, occupational, and speech-language pathology therapy customized for the patient's needs.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Senior Fit Tests
  • Fitness Center Equipment Orientation
  • Home Exercise Programs
  • Gait and Fall Risk Assessments using VirtuSense™- VSTBalance technology
  • Healthy Living Presentations

VSTBalance is an automated fall-risk assessment tool that uses Artificial Intelligence with machine vision to identify deficits in balance, gait, and function – the three main indicators of fall risk.

A physician’s prescription is required, and services are covered by most insurance plans.
