- Confirm your contact information on file such as phone, email and address
- Email our community with any billing or support questions
- And, if you are the primary payer:
- View Current Balance and View Monthly Payer Statements
- Make secure online payments and setup auto-pay
To access to the Resident Portal, each user must have a unique email address on file with our Business Office. That will be your user ID. If you are experiencing issues accessing the Resident Portal, please email our Business Office at BusinessOffice@tlcn.org. You will receive an email invitation to join the Resident Portal.
Coburg Village Dining Portal
Our Dining Portal allows you to make dining reservations and check your dining account balances and spending quickly and easily.
How to log into the Dining Portal:
You will need to input the following information to login:
- User Name : Resident's (Uppercase First Initial)and(Last Name, with the first letter capitalized)
Example: JSmith – no spaces between
- Password: Resident's (Last Name, with the first letter capitalized)and(Apartment Number)
Example: Smith0100 – no spaces between
*Apartment Number must be 4 digits long (add a 0 to the front if needed)
*Cottage Residents – capitalized first three letters of the court followed by the number
Example: SEN9
Enter your User and Password, then press “Login”.
