Resident Service Associate, Part-time
1st shift: every other weekend, 7:30am – 3:30pm, every other Saturday and Sunday
The Resident Service Associate (RSA) is a key player in our Resident Services Team and is responsible for the warm, courteous, and efficient operation of the front desk. RSA must be willing and able to assist both residents and visitors of the facility. RSAs provide point-of-entry support to the entire facility and are likely the first person a visitor will see, therefore, exceptional customer service skills are a must and are to be demonstrated at all times. Responsibilities also include security of the facility (walking patrols of the Community) and maintaining a safe environment. May involve light housekeeping and/or maintenance tasks.
As person-centered care is prized in out facility, Resident Service Associates must be able to perform all of their duties in a caring, flexible, personalized manner. A love of working with seniors and individuals with disabilities and a passion for bringing healing and hope to the lives of residents and their loved ones is a must. A positive attitude and pleasant disposition are essential. RSAs must be able to work cooperatively with others. Dependability, accountability, and integrity are necessary for effective performance.
- A High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Current New York State driver’s License and clean driving record are required for operation of company-owned vehicle.
- Previous experience in a security or customer-service oriented environment are preferred.
Pay rate: $17.25 per hour

Prep Cook, Full-time
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 11 am- 7:30 pm and rotating weekends.

Responsibilties:
- Preparation of food items for our daily menus.
- Monitoring and ensuring all food required for the Weekly Rotating Menu is properly stored in accordance with HACCAP guidelines
- Ensuring station and kitchen is clean and sanitary as per food safety and sanitation standards and policies
- Assisting line cooks as needed throughout the shift and during meal service
Required skills:
- Strong knife skills required - Basic knowledge in trimming and portioning meats, baking, and chopping of vegetables
- Ability to adapt to changes in the environment or working conditions
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail needed.
Up to 24 days off per year. Friendly working environment.

Rate: $20.47 per hour
